By accessing and using RediRise, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use RediRise for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• •Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• •Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RediRise

You agree to use our service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall RediRise or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RediRise.
