Go to Settings  Account  Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your links and data will be permanently deleted.

Go to Settings  Security, enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click "Update Password" to save changes. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

Click on any link in your dashboard to view detailed analytics including total clicks, geographic location, devices, browsers, and referrers. Pro users get real-time analytics and export capabilities.

Click tracking can take 2-5 minutes to update due to caching and processing. For real-time analytics, upgrade to Pro plan. If stats are delayed more than 10 minutes, please refresh your dashboard or contact support.

Free plan: 100 requests/hour. Pro plan: 1000 requests/hour. Enterprise: Custom limits. If you exceed the limit, you will receive a 429 error. Upgrade your plan for higher limits.

Go to Settings  API, click "Generate New API Key", and copy your key. Store it securely as it won't be shown again. API access is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Go to Settings  Billing, select your desired plan (Pro or Enterprise), and complete the payment. Your account will be upgraded immediately with all premium features unlocked.

After logging in, go to your dashboard and click "Create New Link". Paste your long URL, customize the short code (optional), and click "Create". Your short link will be ready to use immediately!

Go to your dashboard, find the link you want to delete, click the three-dot menu, and select "Delete". Confirm the deletion. Warning: Deleted links cannot be recovered and will return a 404 error.

Yes! You can edit the destination URL, title, and other settings anytime from your dashboard. Click on any link to open the edit panel. Note: The short code itself cannot be changed once created.

When creating a link, you can enter a custom alias in the "Custom Code" field. For example, instead of "redi.rs/abc123", you can create "redi.rs/my-product". Custom codes must be unique and contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens.

Yes! We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We are GDPR compliant and never sell your data.

Check if the link is paused or expired in your dashboard. Verify the destination URL is correct and accessible. If the issue persists, try creating a new link or contact support with the link details.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and check your inbox for a password reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
